Great Beauty At Any Age

Hello, everyone!  I hope you had a beautiful weekend.  We had a good weekend, the weather was so pretty and we got to spend some great time as a family, but my sister is sick and she does not want to have her picture taken this week so  guess who we are having as our model of choice?  Grandma!   She wanted to know if she would be famous now, LOL!

So, here is our next My Crazy Life.  With our recently very famous grandma. We hope you like it! Be sure to say "hi" to Grandma in the comments! It will make her day.

Here is Grandma in her knit shirt with long sleeves and pretty peach scarf.
She is wearing a below the knee skirt in black.

Here is Grandma in her soft creamy orange mid length sleeve blouse and a fun below the knee floral patterned skirt.

Here is grandma with my sister.  She has on a soft lightweight sweater in a pale pink with a second sweater around her neck for warmth.  My sister is in a brown mock turtleneck.

Ok, our last outfit models are us.  There is my sister with her brown short sleeve sweater and a plaid just below the knee length skirt. I am wearing a creamy colored sweater with long sleeves and a brown below the knee cotton skirt.

Well, that is all for this My Crazy Life... I will leave you with this thought.

Keep in your mind and your heart the excitement for Christ, like you did when you were first saved.  Don't let the trust and love you felt fade away, no matter what happens.  Keep in your mind always your reward in heaven.  Keep patiently doing God's will.  Keep fellowship with believers, encourage people in their faith and walk, help people who have gone astray.  Then, let's outdo one another in being helpful and kind to each other and in doing good.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6

Have a prayer request?  We would love to pray for you.  Contact us and we will pray with you and for you.

Blessings!

  1. Hello to your sweet grandma! She is beautiful. Oh, she reminded me SO much of my dear mother who passed away last April. It nearly made me cry. Please cherish her, love her, and be there for her. Spend every second possible with her. Once they are gone, you can't ever have that back again. What I wouldn't give to have one hour with my dear mother! I miss her so much it hurts deep inside. I love your blog and am SO grateful to see your modesty of dress. It is so refreshing! I am going to become a follower. :) God's peace and blessings to you and your sweet grandmother. Love, Cheryl

  2. What a WONDERFUL Grandma! What a good sport, too! : ) And, Modest Dress is important at EVERY age, yet we see no one on the internet promoting this for anyone over 30! Hooray for Grandma for being a great example! And BEAUTIFUL!
